Role Overview
Drive strategic global sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract awards for heavy industrial materials, API line pipes, forged valves, and rotating equipment.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
• Manage competitive RFQ bidding processes and total-cost-of-ownership evaluations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, Incoterms, warranties, and delivery penalties with global OEMs.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and expedite critical long-lead shipments.
• Ensure 100% compliance with QA/QC material traceability requirements (EN 10204 3.1/3.2).
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (CIPS / MCIPS preferred).
• 6+ years in technical procurement for industrial, engineering, or petrochemical projects.
• Strong international supplier relationship network in Europe, Asia, and North America.
