EPC execution of 115km of 28-inch high-pressure natural gas transmission pipeline, including 3 custody transfer metering stations and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) river crossings.
Project Overview & Context
Currently under active construction, this strategic pipeline segment will transport dry gas to regional power plants and heavy ceramic manufacturing hubs. Yiba Ventures is deploying automated mechanized orbital welding units and phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) across all joints.

Engineering Scope of Work & Execution Details
• Topographical LiDAR surveys and geotechnical route mapping
• Procurement of 115km API 5L X70 SAW pipes with 3-layer PE coating
• 4 major river crossings executed via Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
• SCADA telemetry and fiber optic leak detection cabling
Delivered Outcomes & KPI Impact
On track for 2026 commissioning. 68% milestone reached on schedule with 2.4 million safe hours recorded.
